Description
The works carried out under this contract is improvement works to existing Kei San Secondary School of the Hong Kong Council of the Church of Christ in China. The works comprise the construction of a new 3-story annex block and a 5-story combined lift shaft and lobby core attached to the existing building and construction of two one-story roof extension over the existing Assembly Hall and all necessary conversion works to the existing school building.
