Parc 22 at Sung Wang Toi Road

Description

The project is located in Kowloon City adjacent to the Kai Tak Airport. The residential building is an eleven-storey block of 44 flats, each floor with four different flat types per floor level. At basements and ground level, car-parking space are provided together with services intake rooms and some individual shops in the ground level.

A number of very heavy steel beams at podium floor level were installed to transfer the load of the residential structure. The work, including the construction of the 2 basement floors, was completed within a seven months construction period. Renovation work of all common area was also part of W. Hing's scope of work.
